Seller was quick to answer my questions. Provided me with a picture of how the nameplate would look prior to my purchase. This clock was a gift and it is perfect.

Zazzle got the dates wrong on my product. They should have corrected the issue and sent me a new Beer Stein, but didn't do that. I recommend not to do business with Zazzle. The help that provide is AI generated and is not helpful at all.

I ordered a 15oz mug for a friend customized with a sketch of hers on it. She showed a picture of it after she got it, and it was perfect. She said it is now her favorite mug.

The ornament itself is great! But it was ordered with a "Velvet Gift Pouch" which was not sent with the ornament. Contacted customer service a few times over two weeks with no action, just platitudes over "contacting the production team". First purchase on zazzle - not a happy customer!

So pretty. Gave it to my Mom for her 85th birthday. The logo is for HATTIEs HATs. A lil charity I started 5 years ago & continue to operate. We decorate hats for cancer patients. Much love Zazzle
