The mug was exactly the way I expected it.

Beautiful ornament!

Never arrived. I did get a refund for the order but minus the shipping- which that was the issue so frustrating to have had to pay shipping and the package never arrived. I will not order from this company again.

Came out just as I had hoped... bigger than I thought too!

Everything looks great. The colors, the printing and the image are clear and exactly what I had in mind.

It looks really nice. The images look good and the printing is clear. Would order again.

Beautiful ornament. So happy to find ornaments for a red border collie

Love this. Exactly as I pictured it would be. The picture is so clear.

Everyone loved the napkins at the engagement party! The bride-to-be especially loved the yellow gold ring on the napkins as it represents her engagement ring! The coloring of the napkins were very vivid and true to life. We used the yellow gold as a highlight color throughout decor for the party.

Love this sign, great quality and color. Would definitely purchase again.

I think they turned out beautiful. Packaged great and in good time!

This is not a solid black background as being offered. The printing is poor quality. It looks like a pattern instead. Do not recommend.

The black background is awful. It’s not crisp, saturated or even solid. It looks like a pattern which is not what you’re buying. Wouldn’t recommend until the printer fixes the problem. Not going to use.

I was a bit disappointed with these guest towels. I expected the paper to have a softer, more substantial, cloth-like feel, but they feel more like a standard paper napkin than I anticipated. I was also disappointed with the color reproduction. I selected the red using a specific color code, and the finished product came out noticeably more rusty/brown than the deeper red shown in the design preview. I completely understand that colors can vary somewhat between a screen and a printed product, but since I used an exact color code, I expected the finished color to be much closer. The monogram itself printed nicely and I was happy with the size and placement, but overall the quality and color weren’t quite what I expected.

Exactly what I had in mind. My sisters are going to luv their mugs. ;-)

Good quality and nice lay out of photos

So disappointed in this piece. I paid the extra 3.99 (so silly) for more attention to detail. The picture transfer is so light you need a magnifying glass to see it and the colors are blah. Pay attention to dimensions! This piece is portrayed way bigger when in reality you can barely make out the writing. Booooo

Great!n i love the colors, and the personalization is exactly as represented. Can I get this same mug in a travel mug?

I sent an email on 4/8/2026 informing you that my item arrived broken (INSUFFICIENT PACKAGIND) i HAVE BECOME INCREASING FRUSTRATED

The turn around time was great. You cannot read the labels at all. I ordered these because of the adorable design and they are so light you can’t read them. Not worth the amount of money I spent.

This is my second tote bag purchase. I love my totes and have received several compliments.

Very disappointed. I thought it would be a lace sticker on a red box , instead it’s a picture of a lace sticker on a red box 🤦🏻‍♀️on a white match box. Looks cheap

Great product Would recommend

I designed four ornaments, and they all turned out great and for the most part or as I designed them. On one of the ornaments for my daughter and son-in-law, the letters appear smaller than I intended them to be. That most likely was because the final reviewer felt their names fit the design a bit better being smaller. That said all four of the ornaments were beautiful. I will be making my 2027 ornaments with Zazzle. The more often I do this the better I get at using the tools provided to design my ornaments.
