Not as expected. It is ok, I would have paid more if the pearls were more realistic. They could have been raised or artificial pearls attached would have been nicer.

The cocktail napkins arrived as expected and were perfect for our 50th class reunion. They were definitely a quality product and matched the coasters and dinner napkins I had ordered earlier. I was very pleased with the product and service.

Love the pillows!! A bit expensive but just what i was looking for.

The printing was too faint, hardly noticeable. Has a somewhat cheap appearance. I had used them for a similar product in the past and they did a much better job. I also had problems ordering it. The delivery was delayed twice. The first one was on me, but I still don't know what caused the second delay.

For the price that I paid for this The material was so cheap and it was smaller than I thought. I bought two on Amazon for $15 each with a picture on it. I will never buy anything from you guys again absolutely horrible.

Beautiful!! I purchased this for my daughter’s wedding. My daughter and I opened it together. You need 2 people to open it because it’s retractable so you need to use muscle to open it. Well worth the money. I will be purchasing another one for my other daughter. I have 2 daughters marrying 2 mths apart so Zazzle has been my main site in ordering. Much cheaper than Etsy because I have been comparing prices.

My order arrived late, despite ordering a couple of weeks ahead of time. Since this was specifically both gifts for Father's Day, that delay was significant. Worse, when I got updated that it would be late, they did not let me speak to someone to correct it. When I asked for the support chat ("Ask Zee"), it kept saying someone would respond on the chat and they never did (I checked multiple times and left the chat open for the whole day) The mugs themselves were fine. The customer service was atrocious.

Very disappointed in this tile....paid extra to have it viewed for perfection...the yellow in the tulip is brown and there are black lines in the flower...also, it has a label on the back "Made in China"....I thought items on Zazzle were made by local artists!

This mug is absolutely beautiful. The green handle and inside of the cup go so well with the logo I created. The logo started out as a joke after my wife broke her hip and I took over all chores, maintenance, & repairs. I hired my dachsund to be second in charge and we formed a collective. It is so funny! The 2 cups I ordered are my favorite cups! Good job Zazzle.

Timely delivered and beautiful

The Veteran in our family loved his coffee mug. The images are clear and just as pictured. Also, being able to choose a color for inside and handle is a unique option that was a huge hit. We had to order a second one!

This is super cute and a great gift for someone involved in theater!
