I love the quality! I love the colors I chose. I love Zazzle. Such an amazing piece of work!!

Mugs are really cute although it is so odd to me that the image is not visible to you or to others as you hold the mug but is directly opposite the handle. Neither left handed nor right handed holder will see the image which is a total bummer to me since it's my super cute dog. I wish I had paid closer attention to this detail when ordering. I've never seen a graphic mug set up in this way before and don't really understand the thinking behind it. Strange.

After having an issue with the first product (which was not the fault of Zazzle), replacement and upgrading was very easy. The finished product was absolutely perfect in every respect.

Clock does not work. Packaging for shipping was disappointing. It was a gift for my parents 65 th wedding anniversary. Overseas. When I gave it the hands of the clock was was not working at all and parts of clock were cracked even prior to me receiving it. Had to fly the next day so did not get a chance to return it and have it replaced. Packaging for shipping is of prime importance for orders of that nature. Not the best experience at all!

It's ironic that you are asking about my order when i have yet to receive it. This is the THIRD order from you that has been delayed in shipping.
