E Watch Factory

My husband got this for christmas. He only wore it a few times. He was careful to not wear in the shower. He noticed after a week that it had water in it and it wasn't working. Upon inspection, it isn't water, the paper or material is scrunched up and keeping the hands from moving. I would like a refund or a watch that will work more than a week. It was 72 dollars. I could get a cheap walmart watch to work longer than this one did. I will gladly send it back to you since it's no good to us.

The watch was just ok. It is very flimsy and not of very good quality. It was a gift for my boyfriend who is a watch connoisseur. I was really embarrassed by the poor quality but did not have time to get another gift. The black watch band will probably be the first thing to break because it was not soft leather but rather very hard. Very, very disappointed.

My husband loves the watch, he likes the dial, the graphics, the band, and it keeps perfect time.

I wish I'd have known how small the image was, it was smaller than what I thought. I would have made it bigger so the wording was more ledgable. Still not a bad purchase.

Still have not received my order it’s been over a month

Be aware that designs may come out darker than they appear in the preview. The quality of the watch is quite good, but I should have made my design a bit lighter so that it could be seen more clearly. One star comes off for the inaccuracy of the preview.

I have not received my order yet. The tracking number says that a label was created but UPS had not received it yet.

Never received it. i re quested a replacement but have not received any answer yet.

11/23. Never received. Neither UPS or USPS has a record of receiving it. Zazzle’s last information was a label was created on 12/3. No further word from anybody.

Terrible service! Still haven’t received & it was suppose to be delivered Dec. 8, then Dec 18 but guess what?! UPS says they never received it! This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my special needs grandson who is going to be very disappointed. Be careful ordering from this company. I think I got scammed! Hopefully I’ll get my $$ back. We’ll see!
