Not the quality I expected. Took over a month to receive. Had to call when email wasn’t answered. Zazzle said they would reorder it and expedite the shipping. Still didn’t make the expedited time

I ordered my watch a month ago, and I haven’t received it yet.

I still do not have my watch and I am worried/stressed. I feel like I am being scammed here.

Ordered this Personalized watch on October 15 and have yet to receive the product multiple communications to the store so far have failed me! Proceeded with caution!

The watch was delayed due to carrier problem. Zazzle was wonderful in handling this and compensated me for my trouble. Will buy from them again.

Normally I'm pleased with Zazzle. The retirement party has come and gone. The employees aren't with us anymore. The product was due no later than June 25 and Zazzle hasn't even notified me of the delay. It is now July 3rd and I've received no estimation of when we can expect the product. Now, I will have to come out of pocket to mail the watch to the former employee instead of presenting it at the party.

If I had received the product, I'd be able to answer. I can say from past purchases that I'm expecting to like what I receive. That's why I've used them again, but for me, good customer service is everything.
