On December 10 I purchased two Trump watches and I was told they would ship out before Christmas. On 18 December, I followed the tracking and saw that they were delivered to my condo building at 5:42 PM. When I went downstairs to retrieve it from the office, I found a very small padded mailer with nothing in it but a receipt for two watches and $200 charged on my account , no watches for my grandsons and I’m having trouble finding out why the UPS man would deliver an empty envelope that looked like it was slightly ripped open. I’m not having much luck trying to find out why UPS will take a photo of an empty slightly damaged envelope when they put it on the condo shelf and what happened to the two watches that were supposed to be inside. Packaging for two watches should’ve been arriving in a box to protect the glass and were shipped in very, very small padded mailer.

I never received my item. Ordered it back in November to be here in time for Christmas and it never showed up.

I ordered this on 11/25 and still have not received my order as of 12/19.

Where is my delivery? I've requested status and was told my shipment would be expedited however with the UPS tracking it still says UPS does not have possession of the package yet. Frustrating experience!

Sent me the wrong band. It clearly reads on my invoice Silver Bracelet, not two tone. I paid full shipping to get it by Christmas. Thanks for your incompetence Zazzle.

Have not received my watch. Help please.

I haven't received the watch yet. It was supposed to have been shipped on 12/3, here it is 12/16 and still no watch. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I hope it comes soon

Have tried to get onto this company to send the item back without success. I would appreciate it if someone could help me please.

Placed order on 11/26 forr delivery to be made by 12/12/24 for an anniversary gift order was not delivered and I paid for zip delivery. Also reached out to Customer service by email said not hear anything back from them. If no reply by tomorrow will cancel order with my bank and let everyone at my job site and family not too order from here.

Not the quality I expected. Took over a month to receive. Had to call when email wasn’t answered. Zazzle said they would reorder it and expedite the shipping. Still didn’t make the expedited time
