Love my watch. It seems like good quality with some heft to it. I’m very satisfied and would recommend it.

This design worked out exactly as I envisioned it. It is now my favorite watch! Now here's the best part: This was originally lost in the mail. ZAZZLE verified that it was indeed lost and in short order replaced it! This showed what great customer service they give. As a seller as well as a buyer, I found this is very reassuring!

Very nice quality watch. Love the picture, of course, since I picked it out, and I love everything else about it as well.

I received the pocket watch today, but I can’t get it to open. I don’t know if there’s something that catches it, but shouldn’t it just open up? Please reply. Janet Delebreau

They want me too write a review!!! I get emails to write about my order. When they send it to me I will write. I’ve been waiting and it said it was shipped from January 22… ups hasn’t pick it up yet. Im waiting on 2 orders

The original promised arrival date was missed. The band was very difficult to adjust to fit my wrist and took a watch maker in order to get it done which was additional cost.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered this watch back in January and still have not received it. I have emailed Zazzle twice and both times received a message that Zazzle would respond within 24 hours. Have never heard anything from Zazzle. I think this is a bogus company just out to take your money!

The custom design watch is great since the photo is of my favorite pets. The only problem was that the 1st order was lost, which delayed the birthday gift for the intended person.

Have not received the watch yet.

After talking with Zazzle rep, found out it was lost. While a new one has been ordered as a replacement, I still haven't received it yet. No word from you all on where my order is, no word from you on an apology for losing my order and no word from you on how it was lost or why. Terrible service and no product equals business disaster.

I ordered this watch in January. It's February 17 and it still hasn't arrived. Where is my watch?
