E Watch Factory

I was just able to wear the watch after having it for a couple weeks. The band was too large and there were no instructions on how to reduce it. I had to take it to a watch repair place to reduce the band size. I wore it for one day washing my hands a couple times never submerging in water only water splashes next thing I know the watch is not working and the custom picture is ruined. I would like a replacement or refund

The watch is really awesome. Really what I wanted for my grandson. He is a dragon ball fan.

Great watch. My husband loved it. However it was very hard to read the writing on the watch. Perhaps an option to write it on the outside of the watch instead would be better?

My husband loved his birthday watch! The picture looked great! The outer ring on the watch moves very easily which could be a problem if someone were actually using it for minutes. I wish I could have had a mesh/ss band rather than leather but it looks great! I'm so glad I was able to do this as a souvenir of his Antarctica trip.

I like the product. Is there a smaller version? If so I might purchase a 2nd one.If I can get a discount I might purchase a 2nd one anyway.Please respond

It was as order but was a good gift for the wife. She thought it should have been smaller for a female.

I'm not mad at it so to speak, but the outside has a huge smudge and we have tried literally everything to get it out. It has yet to come out. Other than that we are happy with it

Through no fault of Zazzle, but my original order never arrived, lost in shipping we assume (as they say s**t happens, LOL)! I contacted Zazzle with the intent of re-ordering, but Angelo (at Zazzle) stepped in and sent me replacement watches even though I never asked. I received the replacements on time and packed professionally. I rated the watches 4 stars (good), but I rate Zazzle and specifically 'Angelo', 5 stars (great)!

I never actually received this, but I am certain it would have been wonderful had I ever laid eyes on it.

I got this for my 7 year old grandson for Christmas. When he seen that it had baseball and his name he was so excited. He wears it all the time.

I still haven't gotten my watch. The first error in this order was mine. I had it sent to my old address. But it was caught by my old post office because they knew I had moved, and they sent it back to you. I sent you my new address and you said you would send my order to my current address. This was shortly after Christmas. I still don't have my watch. I hope I get it soon. Thank you.

Size of watch for man’s watch is ok for a man. But when ordering a women’s watch h it should be smaller to fit a women.

Sent it back for a refund it was too big for my small wrist

My husband got this for christmas. He only wore it a few times. He was careful to not wear in the shower. He noticed after a week that it had water in it and it wasn't working. Upon inspection, it isn't water, the paper or material is scrunched up and keeping the hands from moving. I would like a refund or a watch that will work more than a week. It was 72 dollars. I could get a cheap walmart watch to work longer than this one did. I will gladly send it back to you since it's no good to us.

The watch was just ok. It is very flimsy and not of very good quality. It was a gift for my boyfriend who is a watch connoisseur. I was really embarrassed by the poor quality but did not have time to get another gift. The black watch band will probably be the first thing to break because it was not soft leather but rather very hard. Very, very disappointed.
