Loved the pillow I got my daughter after the loss of our dog Conan

They sent me a whole new order because of one tiny imperfection. I didn't even ask. I ordered custom mugs and one arrived with a mark so small a normal person would never notice it, but I am extremely detail-oriented, so I sent photos just to flag it. Zazzle apologised almost immediately and offered to reship using their fastest delivery method. Already impressive. But then they didn't just send one replacement; they sent the entire order again. All four mugs. Pristine. Two conclusions: their customer service is genuinely exceptional, and they clearly manufacture at a cost that lets them do this without blinking. Either way, I'm impressed! Thank you!

This bath mat is perfect size and great quality. Absolutely love the design which matched my bath towels!! Would give more stars if I could lol.

Beautiful coffee cup with the pictures of my beautiful baby girl that passed away on March 6th. Now everytime I have my coffee I can look at her pictures and remember her always.

This is the second time that I've purchased the same exact mugs from Zazzle and only one was able to be kept because the rest are broken. They do not package their glass goods properly to be sent through the mail.

Disappointed. Color is faded and not at all what the image suggests. It is supposed to be light blue and is gray at best. Text is misaligned and appears smeared on quite a few tees. Stripes do not extend all the way around the tees either

This was a super easy effort in exchange for an AMAZING response from the birthday lady!
