I just received this item and the design is noticably crooked. These are custom napkins for a very important baby shower and I am so disappointed because the design is adorable.

I bought this clock believing it was actual crushed diamond and mirror clock and personalized was a plus, but received it and was a picture of crushed diamond and it was very thin and cheap looking not happy with purchase requested a return and refund

The mat looked as if the paper that was printed on it was not dry before it was removed, therefore there is a long white line on the side like it is off center which made me really sad. This mat was to advertise my business now i have to figure something else out. My 8 year old suggested i use a permanent black sharpie to color in the missing spots which made me feel even worse since i paid $60 for it.

Great.... arrived on time and in good condition ... will probably order more for our knitting guild.
