The mug I ordered artwork did not flow to the rim of the mug like I had designed. It fell short, referenced in the image below. It shouldn’t be that much space at the top of the mug.

It had 2 pics that weren’t mine.

Absolutely wonderful

The napkins are not colored. They are white with the color of napkin you choose is printed as a square on the front, thus being framed in white. I want crazy about that.

Shipping was free thanks to the premium membership. The product itself was packed in a nice, organized fashion and the printed stickers came out great. I ordered 60 teas and the amount of stickers for me to assemble the bags surpassed that so there’s room to make a mistake plus I like that with extra I can add to another brand of tea bags. Truly happy with now they look and excited for guests to enjoy them. Can’t wait to see my wedding come to life with such fine details.

The product itself was packed in a nice, organized fashion and the printed stickers came out great. When I got my shipment, a few weeks later I was finally ready to assemble the mixes and tea but noticed instead of lemonade, it read “margarita mix”..no biggie mistake happen..it was so easy to find customer service due to Zazzle sending emails asking about the product. Fiona, Niomi, and the Zazzle team ensured I got my correct product in a matter of a week and a half! Blown away by the customer service support…They included a few more stickers so with the extra I can add to another brand of lemonade mix. As far as the margarita mix, I designed my own sticker and will get printed. Many praises for Zazzle in being a key resource in my wedding planning!

These turned out terrible. I helped plan some friends' engagement party and was beyond embarrassed when I had to show them the napkins. They look nothing like the pictures online - they're basically grey because they're so faded, with streaks that make it look like the printer was running out of ink. The words were also so faded/thin and hard to read. AND they arrived a week late so I couldn't even overnight something different as the party was the next day. Highly disapointed.

I just received this item and the design is noticably crooked. These are custom napkins for a very important baby shower and I am so disappointed because the design is adorable.

My custom popsocket turned out so cute! The image quality is great and it seems to be well made. I can't wait to take my itty bitty Bandit everywhere I go on my phone.
