Only received 25 cards when I ordered 59

I received my business cards today, and unfortunately they arrived with a significant manufacturing defect. As shown in the attached photos, the edges of nearly all the cards are frayed and peeling. The problem affects the entire batch and appears to be caused during the cutting or finishing process, not during shipping. These business cards do not meet professional quality standards, and I cannot hand them to clients in this condition. As a real estate professional, my business card represents my brand and first impression. I would appreciate a full reprint of the entire order at no additional cost. Please let me know when the replacement order will be processed and shipped Thank you, and I look forward to resolving this promptly.

I like the design and the colors are perfect but the round menu only comes in a 5.25 x 5.25 size which is too small for a menu to sit in a dinner plate or a charger.

I've printed these exact same business cards before and this batch that came to me were far worse quality in the print and completely different color than the last ones I ordered and look way different than how they look online when I created them

clarity and definition of the photos was not very great on the card with both sides. we wish the print quality was better. overall the ink was pretty good with printing.

the clarity of the pictures was not very good. the backside of the invitation with all the writing at the bottom, our faces were pretty blurry with not much definition. i'm a little disappointed, switching to semi gloss paper helps vs the matte finish is worse from previous samples i've bought. the front side of the invitation had the same blurriness with the faces and details.

It didn't even occur to me to check the standard size of a thank-you card, but these are tiny...I mean super tiny...business card tiny. Can't even send in the mail tiny. Had to reorder.

I use a lot of business cards and this set was great. The paper is thick enough, the typesetting is balanced and easy to read, plus the colors were what I expected. Will buy again!
