Black Silver Real Estate Agent QR Code Business Card

I received my business cards today, and unfortunately they arrived with a significant manufacturing defect. As shown in the attached photos, the edges of nearly all the cards are frayed and peeling. The problem affects the entire batch and appears to be caused during the cutting or finishing process, not during shipping. These business cards do not meet professional quality standards, and I cannot hand them to clients in this condition. As a real estate professional, my business card represents my brand and first impression. I would appreciate a full reprint of the entire order at no additional cost. Please let me know when the replacement order will be processed and shipped Thank you, and I look forward to resolving this promptly.

Zazzle provides a way to modify the card designs & that is very useful. My order arrived 2 weeks from tthe order date. The card looks great. I would have liked some more design options such as stock images, such as some wedding rings, which I would have liked to include on my business card. Packaging - one suggestion for improvement - post in a sturdy postal box. Mine were in a small box, inside a flat postal bag. During postage the box had been squashed & all my 100 cards were loose inside the postal bsg. Fortunately none were damaged. Looks great. Option to have raised letters would be a welcome additionsl option.

I do love these square cards I had to redo them twice, yet wasn’t too happy as I had made the writing smaller on the back even though I thought I’d made it bigger. Yet they still great 😊 Still used them for my event. I could of designed the writing on the back better than I did it came out a little small yet still happy with them I still used them
