I absolutely LOVE my branded mug. The picture isn't fuzzy. A crisp and colorful design. The only thing is the logo seems a little off-center.

I reordered mugs that I had designed, & originally ordered 3 years ago. I ordered 10 mugs. I had been very happy w/ the mugs I originally ordered... This time, one came broken, and they all had my design as blurry, desaturated colors, and smaller sized than the original. The top rim color from the inside was cut off from the edge. I'm VERY disappointed.
