I did not realize this black napkin has a white border around it. Please know this before you order. To me these do not look very elegant and we will not be using them for our daughters wedding. The design is pretty and the quality is fine but the white border makes it look cheap.

Good there was no problems with the printing.

The surface is a fine reflective finish, excellent workmanship. The only issue would be the back facing, which sometimes needs cleaning for a perfectionist. Overall, I'm very pleased!

Zazzle handles color in a custom image really well. Text also! I made this script from a Florentine calligraphy font and Zazzle brought it through very faithfully. Well done Zazzle.

This item feels like a newspaper! They are hard and I would not dare give these to my daughter’s guest’s to wipe their hands and face! Why? Because, it will cut them. They are VERY cheaply made. I cannot believe Zazzle would sell such a poor quality product. I am pissed, I ordered these over 2 weeks ago and now I am rushed to find something else.

The quality of the napkin is horrible. The print appears to be ok, but the quality ruined everything! It’s so hard

The mug is well made, and the design is accurate and perfect looking. The mug is sturdy ceramic and high end quality.

The print quality of the colors are accurate, everything is in alignment, and it’s a true representation of a tartan flag.

This design came out really great in the smallest details. The Eiffel Tower and the diamond-like shower are perfect for one another especially over this specific dark background.

The printing is great, lively, all shades, details are respected, a great quality mug for my collection.

A bit of advise to future purchasers. Read fully the description of what you are getting. I thought that the pattern was printed directly on the match book. What arrived was a blank matchbook and printed labels for the buyer to apply. Looks cheap and unprofessional. I would not have purchased if I realized.

I’ve been waiting for updated status on my order since I placed it on March 23. It was “supposed “ to be delivered today April 5 and I haven’t received it. The last update I have from Zazzle and the USPS was when it was shipped on March 27! This is my first order from Zazzle and I’m beginning to believe it is a scam!!

The size is absolutely perfect - they hold quite a lot more than we had anticipated & they are very strong! Our customers have been very happy with these. I do wish they offered a white print run before the full color run as the textile does absorb much of the color vibrancy, yet, we still highly recommend this lovely tote.

A bit dull. We even added a fine white border and re-ordered but it did not enhance the printing. Also, the first sample was made of a lighter color cream textile - where our subsequent order came on a different, more flecked and bit darker textile causing the printing to look less vibrant and clear. The first photo below is the creamier, less flecked textile from our first sample order. Second photo shows subsequent orders where textile is darker and flecked. Third is show that they are indeed generous in size and lovely :-). We do however prefer the first textile over the latter ones.

When I first received the mug, it had a smudge on it. I contacted them, and they immediately sent me out a new one. It’s perfect. Will buy from again.

The product itself feels thick and durable

The picture is clear, but the coloring has more of a red tone than preferred.

We're glad that we bought this striking napkin but have to say that the quality of the actual white napkin on which the blue background and text are printed is a bit rough, not soft high quality napkin material.

The printing was really nice, just as pictured.

This is a review of an 11-ounce Classic Coffee Mug with customer's custom-design decoration. This particular item was shipped from Teale Street in Culver City, California. As a ceramic utensil, it is my experience that you may depend on ZAZZLE to deliver a flawless product: Shiny and perfectly free of defects. I would recommend this product, provided that the buyer first read "How did the printing turn out?" (see below). All things considered, I am pleased with this particular example of a coffee mug with my own custom printed design.

The only problem with this product is that the quality of the printing is very inconsistent, from one mug to the next. The custom image will always be undistorted, and the horizontal edges will be parallel to the top and bottom of the mug. The custom text blocks will be placed correctly, and the text also will be parallel to the top and bottom of the mug. The most likely problem to be expected will be unsatisfactory focus (sharpness of detail) for either the text characters or the image, or even both. For the item which I received in this particular order, I was especially pleased that the image was well-focused and sharp. Almost of the text characters of the text blocks had good focus. I rate the few text characters which did not have good focus as acceptable. The colors of the image were faithful to the custom design, as were most of the colors of the text blocks. However, the yellow characters have a slightly greenish tint, the brown characters have a slightly yellowish tint, and the dark red characters look medium gray. All things considered, I rate the printing as four and a half stars.

I just received my item and I looovveee it! It looks exactly as the image showed and it even came with a built in stand that is easy to set up. There’s even a bag to put it inside for convenient moving. I am so glad I chose to do this. I was nervous because I never purchased from this site but now I am ready to see what else I can buy .

It turned out just as I hoped. Printing was very clean.
