I had a problem with the first lunchbox they sent me because it had a smudge in the print, but fortunately they replaced it for free, no return and no questions asked. The second one turned out perfect. I especially love the color of the "baby blue" lunchbox. It is so beautiful and has a retro nostalgic hue. 5*'s!!!

I’ve used Zazzle to create more than 50 different ornaments over the last 13 years. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the quality The clarity and sharpness of the designs this year on the ceramic ornaments just wasn’t there. Hopefully, this is resolved and I can continue to create keepsake ornaments for years to come.

Color is not very black. It’s more of a charcoal/soft black. Doesn’t not have the look I was looking for.

I messed up and used wrong date because sample had 2024 I used 2025 and it should have been 2026. Same on cards I bought. I know was my error. Was going to try to reorder cards with correct date but site did not have easy way to do that.

Disappointed with the quality of this custom order. Refer to the pink areas of the paper. Also, the "Fabulously 40" from this paper transferred onto the paper I also ordered for a baby boy's "first birthday".

Very disappointed with this order. I ordered a 6 ft continuous roll of this "1st birthday" design but sheets of paper were instead glued together. In addition, the pink print from the other birthday paper I ordered "Fabulously 40" transferred to this 1st birthday paper.

It would have been great except there was a letter cut out from the text. I spelled it correctly, but the system cut off the word (del to de), and it takes away from the poem.

This was perfect! It looks great!
