My daughter's horse died this year so I bought this ornament for her as a keepsake. I think it is perfect and I hope she will like it. Even though it is going to be a reminder of her loss.

I received the wrong order. I am still waiting for the correct order which was supposed to have taken 2-3 days. That was December 6th.

They nailed it. Quality was excellent and the recipients loved their gifts.

The T and the personalization are not clear and a little fuzzy. Also, the front side of the orange is the right color with the backside is a different color orange. Not a great quality item.

Two brown mugs out of 10. Mugs we’re NOT wrapped well enough, surprising that all 10 didn’t break!!

This has been a very upsetting experience with ordering mugs from Zazzle.The product, the mugs were NOT packed well enough and there were 7 mugs broken in this order and 2 broken in another order. I told customer service today there were only 6 in this order, but I was washing off the last mug and felt something sharp in my hand and it was a piece of the rim of the mug and blood on the rim where it cut me! I am suppose to have 6 replacement mugs by 12/18/24, but I NEED a total 7 to be replaced due to this last one being broken and cutting my knuckle! I need all of them by the 18th of December at the latest. The supplier needs to learn how to pack mugs better or not sell them! At this point I really need more than 7 because I have no idea if they will all make it here unbroken and I NEED a total of 60 which I purchased. Your quick response and help us needed with this mug situation. Thank you.

I found these socks to be disappointing. The pictures were extremely blurry on one of the five pair I ordered. Four pairs were mediocre, but not bad enough to go through the headache of returning, and the 5th pair was so blurry it was difficult to make out what the picture was. If ordering again I would go with another company as other photo items I have ordered in the past have turned out much better.

Very disappointed with this mug. This is the photo I chose and this is how it turned out. It's soo dark on the mug it looks terrible. I would not have used it if it was going to be this dark. The rest of the mug is fine but it's really disappointing because it doesn't look very good at all

This ornament was the perfect gift to commemorate a visit to Scotland . My friends were so happy to receive it.

The ceramic of the ornament is of good quality but the ornament doesn’t look like the design. I got this as a 50yr anniversary keepsake. It’s printed slightly off center and is very dull and cheap looking. It’s okay for what it is but the picture of the design I thought I was getting was way more gold and vibrant. This looks like it’s spent the 50years in the trenches.

This ornament was definitely not what I was expecting. The picture turned out very blurry and so did the text on the ornament.

I think this design is so cute, but it was definitely a lot smaller than I was expecting. The quality of the ornament itself was great but the text and picture did have some blur to it.

This coasters is just beautiful.
