I got two wine mugs and they are exactly as pictured! They're gorgeous and perfect for drinks on the deck and in my kayak! I love that my drinks stay cold and I can close the sipping hole to keep the bugs out. I'm stocking up for the year buying these for my friends as birthday gifts so I don't have to last-minute panic shop.

Definitely wouldn't buy again. Some of the photos are crooked and off center. The quality of the photos also isn't the best. I would just return them but they're gifts for family and they already arrived a week later than expected. I wouldn't recommend this format (ceramic) for an ornament with words maybe just a picture?

Very cute, the photos look good on the glass and its a little see-through so kinda cool

Printing was so light couldn't read, very poorly made

Really disappointed. I was so excited to have this custom mug made for an exchange at work, it arrived completely shattered. There was nothing on the box to indicate that the package was fragile and as you can see there was no packing on the inside or outside to help it get to me in one piece. Customer service responded quickly, but there was no sense of urgency or care that I would not get my item in the time frame I needed it by. I asked them to send a replacement. Hopefully this one arrives in one piece. If not I probably won’t be ordering from here again.

One of 6 ornaments came damaged. Sent a message to Zazzle with photo but have not received a response.

Not at all satisfied. But didn't return because my daughter loved it. The writing was so blurry if you didn't know what it said you would have been able to read it. It arrived marked up with fingerprints all over it. I had to take alcohol to try to clean them off. I would NEVER order from here ever again. Way to expense for what I got and I've ordered these before from other companies and loved them.

I love the ornament. The pictures are very clear and the texture is a smooth finish. I give the item the highest rating but the delivery time gets the lowest. I ordered it to place on the Remembrance Memorial Tree for murdered victims as my son was killed in April. It was expected to arrive on 12/12 then 12/13. However, I didn't get it until 12/16 by which time I had missed placing it on the tree, at the event, that was on 12/14.

The picture was too light & fuzzy and the printing was also too light. Very disappointed

I wish I could say I love this wrapping paper but the color is waaay off from the description. Says “dark Christmas red” which was what I was wanting but this is more a raspberry dark pink. See picture next to my dark red Christmas ornament for comparison. Hoping they’ll take it back but save yourself the time and find a different color.

Wow very tiny, was not expecting that for the more expensive “premium” style. Can barely make out the words and I have 20/20 vision. And the printing is blurry. Would love my $20 back.
