Half of our ordered mugs were delivered with the print wonky and slanted. Not a good nor professional look for our clients when they come in. Would love to request either reimbursement or to resolve by sending us accurately printed products

Not what I expected nothing like what was pictured

They allow so much writing for something the size of a large coin. You can't read it. I was too embarrassed to give it to my in laws so I didn't have Christmas gift for them.

I love this ornament. Unfortunately, it has the wrong name. However, the company has generously offered to reissue it (with the correction) at no cost. I am so grateful, since this a major milestone. Thank you!

I would not recommend these socks. The socks were not as nice quality as the other pair I purchased on here - and the writing/graphic on this sock was not readable at all. Very disappointed in my purchase.
