The image on the ornament looks like it’s faded and blurry. The image on the computer gave no indication that it wouldn’t look crisp and clear. I won’t be using photos to personalize anything anymore. This ruined it.

I received one of the two banners I ordered. The banner that arrived is great! However, I’ve been trying to contact the seller through zazzle to inquire either obtaining a refund or if they will be mailing my second banner. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting. Please reach out to me so we can work this out.

A very high quality product. It was so easy to upload, resize and place the pictures (front and back). The printing came out very sharp. The order was placed just 2 weeks before Christmas and arrived just in time. This was a gift for the owner of the logo, and he remarked that he really liked the black interior of the mug. I certainly recommend Zazzle, and will be ordering from them again and again.

Paper looked exactly as shown and it was definitely not flimsy paper.

I got the wrong ornament. Then was told they wouldn’t require me ro return it and refunded my money. Went to re-order the correct ornament again. They were no longer on sale so when I called to complain they gave me a discount code but said I would have to pay for shipping because only one code can be used per order. When I got very upset they said they would take shipping off as well and promised to have my ornament to me by Christmas Eve. It is our family’s tradition to open ornaments Christmas Eve. Well tradition ruined!!! Didn’t receive until the day after Christmas. Extremely heartbroken because I’m a person who is all about tradition. Disappointing that companies don’t honor promises and correct mistakes made by them. 😢😢😢

This mug was given as a Christmas gift to a 90 year old great-great aunt. It was a hit to say the least. She loved the hearts & I customized the mug to her favorite colors. This deserved a 10.

I ordered this for my mom to go along with all her Birthday presents. There's three things in life she REALLY loves, Our family, our dogs, and hot chocolate. The cup is high quality, the custom print was top notch perfect. She loved it as a gift and uses it everyday. A+

I gave it as a gift to a corgi lover, and she thought it was wonderful.

I never received it and when I tried to communicate this i was unable and have been frustrated ever since these ornaments were supposed to be Christmas gifts and I was sad that i never received them

The mug looked so good. My neighbor loved it! Great quality. Not satisfied with shipping, however. Took too long to receive item.

This was made in the child size when it was supposed to be the adult size. No attention to detail and a complete waste of my money.

Shipping was faster than expected and they came packed up with the matchboxes and the stickers separately. Applying the stickers was a breeze and they look so cute. My only suggestion is to make the text ever so slightly bigger but the quality was good.

Our cat Fivo recently passed after 16 years of being part of our family. These socks were perfect to honor him.

This was a replacement because the first printing wasn't so great. However, the second one was a smaller image which I did not like. So unfortunately, my overall experience with Zazzle was not a good one.
