I got the wrong ornament. Then was told they wouldn’t require me ro return it and refunded my money. Went to re-order the correct ornament again. They were no longer on sale so when I called to complain they gave me a discount code but said I would have to pay for shipping because only one code can be used per order. When I got very upset they said they would take shipping off as well and promised to have my ornament to me by Christmas Eve. It is our family’s tradition to open ornaments Christmas Eve. Well tradition ruined!!! Didn’t receive until the day after Christmas. Extremely heartbroken because I’m a person who is all about tradition. Disappointing that companies don’t honor promises and correct mistakes made by them. 😢😢😢.
