Perfect badge for when im in different areas who are not familiar with the program we volunteer with.

The luggage tag was nice but it did not come with a strap to attach the tag to the luggage. It was just a piece of plastic. Fortunately Zazzle gave us a full refund.

The product is exactly what I wanted, however I paid for expedited shipping so it would be here before a big trip and it was delivered 10days after the trip. I had to be refunded the shipping and now I am being charged for "zazzle plus" and am having to request a refund for that as well. My advice is shop somewhere else and do not store your card info on this site.

I love these cards so much, anywhere else I buy cards they don't come in correctly either they're too small or too flimsy and break really easily, I had to remake and rebuy this one because it needed more information, yes it's a service dog ID card but it's not a registration ID card, the ADA, and federal government doesn't recognize registrations as well as they have no legal standing, I don't know why people still fall for those scams but they do. But the thing about registrations is that they are voluntary not mandatory, so you can get a registration but you have no legal standing, they're just a card with information, there is no legal service dog database in the United States. I'm very happy with this card I will be buying from this person again, the cards are very well made.

I ordered a bunch of these and it was supposed to be red. Both sides were supposed to be identical. One side is red the other side is black. This is not what I ordered. looks ridiculous, this was a waste of money now I have to order from somebody else. Very disappointed.
