I had to re-order with the size that I needed. The mistake was mine, but I absolutely love it.

I ordered it too big but it still came out great so I ordered it again with the size I needed.

Clean, looks professional and was easy to create.

I design and order this specifically for information not as an ID, yes it looks like a service dog ID but it's not it's information, the QR code on the front goes to his TikTok account You are more than welcome to follow him, and the one on the back goes to the ADA.gov frequently asked questions. I mainly got this as a second line of defense just in case something were to happen. there's been a lot going on in the service dog community, and uneducated people demanding to see ID cards. service dog ID cards are voluntary not mandatory, but oh well I got this card just in case so I didn't have to actually register him get an ID card that has absolutely no value.

Unfortunately I am still waiting for my delivery that was supposed to be here on 7/27/2026. 9 days later and we are still waiting! Disappointing and will not recommend nor use again!
