I decided to get back into graphic arts after leaving the design world for a few years to focus on my photography career. While I wholeheartedly love my photography business, the birth of my special needs son meant I needed to find a way to spend more time at home, while still working, than what photography could give, at least for the first few years when he will be undergoing most of his surgeries. Long weeks and months spent in the NICU, PCICU, and PICU with him meant weeks and months without photography income. So here I am... back at my graphic design job, that I truly do love as well, and am very thankful for the freedom to be with my child that it is giving me.
