Cute "Chicks Dig Scars" Design - CHD edition design with stitches on a heart for babies and children after heart surgery. $3 from the sale of each shirt will be donated to research foundations - $1 to support Congenital Heart Disease research through the Children's Heart Foundation - $1 to support 11q chromosome research through the 11q Research & Resource Group - $1 to support Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome research through the BWS Fund at Alex's Lemonade Stand My son was born with a combination of Jacobsen Syndrome {the 11q chromosome} and Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome. One of the complications of the Jacobsen Syndrome is CHD {congenital heart defects}. My son's particular one was Double Outlet Right Ventricle Heart with Coarctation of the Aortic Arch. He underwent his 1st of a few heart surgeries at 7 weeks old. My husband and I went looking for a cute "chicks dig scars" design for him to wear, after finding a really cute one before our oldest son was born with the same syndromes, but Hypo-plastic Left Heart. Unfortunately Anthony Maddox passed away after 4 short hours, so we never bought the one we found for him, and could not find it again for our youngest son Richard Franklin {#babyrichardfranklin on Instagram}. We couldn't find any design that we really loved. so I decided to create one myself... I am after all a graphic artist and photographer.

Positive: It came a week after ordering it.
Negative: The blue colour zazzle package got stuck in my thumbs when trying to open the package.
Not so happy about it. The colours are not bright or vibrant. It kind of looks dirty. There's a bit of balck fluff on it. The colors did not turn out as expected and I am not satified with the image quality.
