The Scarecrow gothic fairy cat halloween Art Print
"The Scarecrow" - this might be my favourite of all my Autumn/Halloween paintings so far! I've painted this crow-winged faery girl sitting in a cornfield - a slightly sinister scarecrow behind her, a desolate farmhouse in the distance. The scarecrow doesn't necessarily seem to work though - not only is thee a crow-girl right by him, there is also a lovely great crow right on his arm! I love the autumn colours of this sunset too - I can almost feel a chill in the air..... But she has a black kitty cat on her lap at least to keep her warm! My own original acrylic painting. ******PLEASE NOTE - FEEL FREE TO CHANGE SIZES, PAPER TYPE, ADD A FRAME, MATTING, OR LEAVE IT AS A PLAIN PRINT!******

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
