There were little white spots/scratches on most of the magnets. I would have complained but I needed to get them sent out.

Thought all sheets would be the same. Turns out there are several designs. I finally worked through the problem. All twelve gifts are the same; just wrapped each one differently. Bought rubber duckies the same size to glue on top of packages to pull all gifts together. Everything AOK.

2 items missing from my order, it says delivered but only 2 rolls of wrapping paper were in the delivery , i am missing 2, and i dint know what to do..please help

This round was perfect! We loved rhe quality!

Everything was great. The only feedback that I have or complaint is that standard shipping took suck a long time to get to me. While a faster way was offered, it was super expensive.

We are disappointed in the black monogram letters on the card. The colors on the invite and the monogram letters do not look like they did online when ordering. The website shows a better contrast in the colors than what was received. The invitation looks faded rather than a true black.

The size was incorrect. When I filled it all out I had to go back to check something and the size defaulted to a small size and I didn’t notice it before I paid for them. They were embarrassing small but I had to keep them because party was coming to soon to reorder.

Design was great and the cards came out just as I expected!

Look forward to these year after year! Great photos and such creativity! Highly recommend!!
