Opened the package and the product was damaged and bent. Not happy with how it came already damaged.

There was black ink smudges on every 3rd invitation at the top corner. I ordered 200 and 1/3 of them I couldn’t use! 🙁

Poor Quality and didn’t look like the picture

The design and printing was as anticipated, however quality control was lacking. There were smudges of glue or some unknown substance at the top of the seating chart sign. It looked like someone tried to wipe it off but was unsuccessful. The sign should have been reprinted before being shipped out. It arrived days before the wedding so I had to make do and hot glue artificial flowers and greens to cover up the smudges. This was not the look the bride wanted but we had no choice. Disappointment prompted the 2 star rating.

The custom colorful poster board (18” x 24”) for a puppy’s 1st birthday (surprise) party was a huge hit. Exactly as pictured above, I mounted it on an easel at our front door. When the owners saw it they were so overwhelmed they could not believe such a beautiful welcome had been made for the occasion. It arrived in perfect condition in a protective cardboard carton. No damage in shipping. If you don’t have an easel order one with the poster.

The black and gold stickers were perfect for the cookie boxes for the Pittsburgh Cookie table.

Turned out amazing even with my lower quality old photos I had. Excellent quality of work and very fast service.

I feel that if the labels were shiny they would be easier to read.

I've ordered stickers (probably) a dozen times and they never disappoint. They look exactly as they should. They are produced on high quality sticker paper as well.

These table numbers came out perfectly. They look exactly like the picture shows. Note that you need to order each one at a time.

These tie- on personalized tags were quite simply, great. I used them on purple gift bags that were full of my mom's favorite foods. The bags were given to everyone who attended my mom's memorial service. I specifically picked this design because the flowers were bright and bold and were appropriately arranged as a wreath. The font that the artist selected was an excellent choice. Also, the tag was two-sided so I could add my mom's picture on the other side. Overall, these touches elevated the design so much that it became much more than just a tag, it became another keepsake to memorialize my mom. Although the tags come with silver- gray twine to attach them to your gifts, I opted to use embroidery floss in five coordinating jewel colors instead. Either fastener would have worked. The tags were made of sturdy and thick paper, too, and came with pre- punched holes that made them very easy to use. The tags weren't very expensive at all considering the impact they had on my project. They punched far beyond their weight in design influence and really made the gift bags stand out. They made the occasion for using them a happier one, just because of the beautiful design and their elegant font. I highly recommend this product!

Its your basic print, nothing more. Expect a little more from customer service or follow up? Nope. $100+ for 50 basic invites 7+ days. When they say 7 businessday....they mean end of businessday. I'd rather support local businesses
