Somehow the envelope the Labels were mailed in opened up in transport and four sheets of stickers fell out. I notified Zazzle about what happened, and they were great. Within hours I had a response and within a few days my order was made whole with an apology. Zazzle is ZA-MAZING! They earn your business. Beautiful invitations. Excellent quality and print. Simple, but classy and feminine. Worked well with the insert card for additional shower information. Can’t wait to complete the look for my granddaughter’s-to-be baby shower.

Loved the baby shower invites so cute and beautiful, turned out great and bonus even had a matching backside and loved the curved edges to the card, made for nice touch with no extra cost and great sale to order in bulk w/envelopes. However, the little insert we bought for going with each invite was a little harder to read, tiny but faded, but may have been the type of cursive writing on it. Otherwise everything was great!

Beautiful design, however paper is poor quality. The envelopes came with white scratches on them and by the time they got to my guests through the mail they were so scratched and ugly.

Because the cards were had to be folded, they should have come with instructions and a tool. I wrote to customer service asking for guidance. It didn’t come. I tried it on my own and the first few cracked on top. I then googled and watched a couple of videos, but even then the rest of them cracked on top as well. So I guess the quality is just bad. Very disappointed. 100 cards for $75 down the drain.

Definitely worth the money, they came in the most secure packaging, and were handled with care. The quality is outstanding, and everything came out so clear and not blurry. 10000% recommend.

Would have been absolutely beautiful but it had a giant wrinkle in the print going all the way across. What’s crazy is its not from damage to the board they can blame on delivery. The entire structure of the board is intact which means it was like that when they made it and the packaged it that way. This was $50 (on sale) and its for my WEDDING, NEXT WEEK. Have some decency…

It arrived in pieces we couldn't stick the logo on the door. Had to toss it. Ordered something else. Hope that works. Disappointed I had to wait so long and now our business will open without signage as we are waiting for the next one. If that doesn't work, will have to stop ordering.
