Bright colors decent quality

When I got to addressing, I only received 39 invitations (ordered 48). Worked out ok....but none of the hostesses were able to get a copy.

Beautiful sign. Clearly written. Fast delivery

Arrived with a crease all the way across. It was packed with two flimsy pieces of cardboard. That was not enough to assure it was not damaged in shipping.

Received the stickers which I cannot use now bc there is an uneven grey colored ring on the edge of the stickers. The photo attached is an example of two. Others had a fat grey ring at the bottom and on the side of the sticker

Looks great. The colors and the quality of the board is awesome.

Invites look great. About five of the invites and envelopes were creased. Should use a shipping box vs an envelope to protect the contents.

Invitations are excellent. Service was prompt. Lack of human customer service was crippling. Shipping was strange: I received shipping invoices from two companies, (UPS and FEDX) both saying I had to pay money to get the order shipped to me. Obvious scam, but you have a scammer inside your company.

I had to order 2 of these. The first order had an incorrect date entered, yes by me. I TRIED AND TRIED to stop this order even tried messaging…..everything….but the incorrectly dated sign August 12th was completed and sent after the date and after the correct sign was sent correctly. We loved the item…..but didn’t it seem odd there were two orders identical except for the date? Why no contact? You get our email….something! I had to pay for TWO signs because of a simple typo which I didn’t catch before sending. Mistakes happen. There HAS to be a way to efficiently communicate to Zazzle about it. I tried using the online assistant…..totally useless….calling….totally useless as well. Nice product but Zazzle has poor service to make a correction.

Employee helped me order the Save the Date card, and it came as expected. Once small expectation I thought it would be glossy, and it was matte. However I decided to roll with it. I will be ordering for the invitation shortly.

Perfect! Not only were the details printed exactly as I edited and submitted them; the paper quality was exceptional and the design was absolutely adorable!
