My mother-in-law loved it!

The invitations themselves are great!! My issue was with the addressed envelopes. I chose one of the free options and easily entered the contacts. I wanted all the cities and state spelled out, no abbreviations as was displayed on the sample photo. However , my only choice was choosing abbreviated states from a drop down. I tried the live chat and was told I needed to speak with someone. I was not given an estimated time. I waited over an hour and never received a phone call. It would be very helpful to have an actual phone number to talk to a real person.

The sign arrived well packaged, but when I opened it, the corners were crushed and wrinkled. It appeared to have been packaged in that condition. I understand this is a simple foam board sign and not a premium product, but it was still disappointing to receive it as it was.

I usually have no complaints about this order as its a repeat, however this time the envelopes came out looking damaged on the outside.

Ordered these recently for my Baby shower, they turned out beautiful and arrived a week before the original date that was mentioned on the purchase. Loved these so Much. Thank you 💕

Perfect for what we needed.

I really enjoyed creating with images that I downloaded. I recently designed my son and future wife’s wedding invitation ensemble along with a few other items. They all turned out beautifully. The soft touch card stock is so nice… very much like the feel of some novel book covers.

Very fun and whimsical! A perfect fit for a Mardi Gras celebration enhancement. 😁

When using your free invite site, I found it doesn't send the back of the invite. Real problem for me and they should tell us that.

I chose this product and matching birthday invites since the birthday sign was already made and only needed the name edited - unlike what I’ve had to do for prior birthdays from other creators. The invites and sign are adorable. My only complaint is the birthday sign still says “rsvp” which I feel the creator should already have removed. Maybe this was an oversight when transferring the design from the invites for advertising. I went back and looked online and sure enough the “rsvp” is on example too. Luckily it blends in with the donut so it’s not terribly noticeable.

This size should not be an option. The image and text are distorted and the quality is poor/blurry. Really disappointed

This is not the material you want for your wedding. It is very cheap. What is the point of the design having a frame or orchid look if just makes it look all the more cheap. I genuinely am very sad and these invitations ruin the elegancy I wanted my wedding to have.

When they arrived they didn’t look as classy as pictures and they are so small for table numbers and very thin paper

I ordered these in linen for our wedding invitations. So happy with the pattern inside it goes perfectly with our invitations.

These invitations came out beautifully I can’t be more impressed and the quality is amazing. I ordered the thickest paper and I’m so happy I did. We can’t wait to send them to our guests!

The invitations came damaged . The papers are splitting apart on the invitations. Also the envelopes have stains ! The package itself wasn’t damaged so clearly it’s on the sellers part . Im disappointed and deserve a refund .

The design is GORGEOUS. It is everything I wanted. The premium soft touch feels amazing but is so THIN. I am very disappointed. I paid about $4 each for flimsy cardstock

great presents memories from last summer vacation

They were supposed to send out a replacement with the text centered as was confirmed in the original I approved for print. It was a simple fix with text centered (as approved in original)… this is what I got; This was half of an order. The business cards (other half of order) were on bad card stock as well..didn’t complain on that but since they don’t care, might as well mention. I have ordered before many times and the quality was good until now.
