I provided a photo of a business card and it was used to print new cards ordered. I thought the photo was a reference to produce quality instead the photo, which had glare, was used resulting in poor quality reproduction,

This order for Harrys 3rd birthday card was sooo very poor quality . It arrived damaged with a bent corner , the quality of the paper was TERRIBLE toilet paper wouldve looked better and the Quality of the photos was AWFUL .. pale , no colour much very very unattractive , NOT as photos should be Bright with all the COLOUR coming through properly.It looks like it is 100 years old !!! . I have been a customer for a long time and have had many orders , NONE have come sooo poor condition and quality. I request that you re-do this order and it be a MUCH HIGHER QUALITY. It is just terrible. The problem I have now is I may not have his birthday card (this personal one ) here in time for his birthday . If you are unable to make this request of a MUCH HIGHER QUALITY then pleas e REFUND me. Kind Regards Collette

This card came out dark and distorted. I never know how a photo card of my art will look because the printer sometimes is terrible, such as this one. I haven’t returned it yet because I’m busy. Disappointed.

Material could’ve been better
