This is the second time I've ordered wedding invites from Zazzle. And I will NEVER order from them again!! Absolutely awful. These envelopes came out all crooked and not centered! They wanted pictures of every single envelope to show proof so they can resend new ones BUT the invites had to go out b/c the wedding is 7 weeks away! Then, their card stock envelopes when ordering different pieces (invite, details card, etc.) are DIFFERENT COLORS and don't even match! So unhappy with this company. You cannot reach anyone by phone to talk to anyone. Only by messaging! Try the Knot or somewhere else for wedding invites. The craftmanship, quality and products are POOR!

Colors look great and the cardstock is excellent. Happy with printing and all features.

The description of this business card is highly misleading. Do not expect an actual "gold" card. There is no metallic foil, shimmer, or physical texture on it. Instead, it is just a flat mix of yellow, orange, grey, and green ink printed together to create a fake "illusion" of gold. The print quality is very poor, and the effect is badly executed.

First time I have been disappointed in a Printing Order. I have a vertical order front and back with a specific top to bottom direction. The proof showed correctly but the printed product received had the back of card upside down, rendering the item as useless.

Exactly what I wanted!

I expressed that I needed print for the low vision person but lower info was tiny and hard to read. Can't return because was in desperate need so I'll have put, at least, phone # on with labeler.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!! You would need a microscope to read the # and name but it is IMPOSSIBLE to write a name or number on this! DO NOT ORDER

I ordered save the dates through Zazzle and have received so many compliments. I was impressed with the quality and they arrived quickly. I love them!

There was a typo on the cards (remember was spelled “remembre”). I edited it and put it in my cart. When they arrived, the typo was still there. You can’t call anyone because there is no phone number, so I started a chat. I explained everything and was told that there was nothing they could do except refund me (which was fine) but I really wanted the product because it matched the invitations. I was told that it reverts back to the original design once it goes in my cart so there wasn’t anything I could do to correct the typo. Very disappointing because they provide beautiful products.

I typically don't complete reviews but after paying extra for rush invitations for a baby shower I received poor quality invitations and because to RSVP date was close, I tried to contact Zazzle customer service by the telephone number that have on the internet. How about that number refers you back to their online BOT. It is terrible. I tried repeatedly to contact someone to resolve this issue to no resolve. I had to send out these poor-quality invitations. Zazzle quality has gone down from their production of their invitations to their customer service. I will not purchase for them again and would encourage all who are interested in quality to look to other companies for quality invitations and good customer service.
