Beautifully made collage mug. Pictures are clear and exactly as planned. Inside color is perfect. If I had a complaint, the first time I did the template I had no idea that the mug color was below that first screen, but once I found it the rest fell into place. They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap individually and well protected. The order was delivered with all six (6) perfect mugs. Going to be a great family gift.

The quality of the ornament itself was good and I do believe that the pictures I submitted were of good quality, but they did not transfer well onto the ornament. They were blurry and faded on the ornament. I bought two of the same one so that I could give one of them as a Christmas gift but now I will not be giving that gift.

I ordered several bags for a girls weekend. Some of the bags were very thin and flimsy. Others of the bags were much more appropriate thick stiff canvas. Also, I took the time to personalize the back of their bags with a little message and or image and none of the bags Had the artwork I provided for the back of the bag.Unfortunately, I was not able to return them because the bags arrived the night before I was to leave on my trip and I didn’t want to come empty-handed, particularly after all the work I put into designing the bags.

Great product but maybe a seam rather than overlock would be a nicer edge
