Perfectly crafted and arrived on time.

It was ok. The mug is a good size, the pictures I selected were there but it’s sooo much darker than the preview photo shows like you have to look at it really closely to see the photos because it’s so dull. There’s also marks on the photos I selected that aren’t there but are on the mug. Not happy with the end result. I would have just gotten a Kmart mug, their pictures are so much brighter and not dull. Not worth the money. Will buy from another site next Father’s Day.

This mug is beautifully made. It’s also a generous size which I love. It would make a great gift and I only had one made as a demo with our logo, but it’ll be perfect to give to some of our supporters.

I think as a company, you should preview peoples work at least ask questions before you complete the design. I’m very disappointed in my sign. It has images. I didn’t know. We’re gonna be like this when the sign was made. I was unaware. This is the second time I’ve done business with you and I’ve been dissatisfied with your services.

Ordered wrong size tile - need to place another order for larger size tile.

The quality of the sign was great! The only draw back was we had to create holes in the banner to hang it. Typically when you order something there are additional options to consider at checkout. Regardless, it was a beautiful sign that we had to modify at the event! Definitely leverage the discounts when available which I missed out on!

I used a template but changed the color of the font, so maybe it's my own fault: The writing was so small & light that it's hard to read. First time I've been disappointed in a Zazzle ornament.

I thought these mugs had the logo etched or engraved onto the mug, instead this is just a sticker on a mug. TBH, im disappointed. It just looks cheap and tacky.
