my pictures were blurry still even in my replacement

The napkins I ordered were lovely. The printing was sharp and clear, and the napkins looked exactly as presented on your website. I felt they were a bit overpriced, but that being said, you do get what you pay for.

I order a custom mug and this is what I received nothing for what I asked for ! It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband and I was so confused and surprised myself when I had him open it and it wasn’t what I expected.

I have to return this item because you could barely read the text. The contrast between the blue and the pink was horrible and the font used was very thin

Zazzle did a very nice job on this replacement bag. The original bag was fine, except they forgot to print both sides. The customer service reps were very helpful, once I was "allowed" to contact them. The AI Chat system they have is a nightmare. It was much better when you could call on the phone and talk to a real person. Currently, you have to contact customer service via their AI Chat thing, and then wait a few days before a live agent emails you. It's a very inefficient and dysfunctional system. Chuck Cosgrove

on the pillows, two of the heads was cut off. I wish you did let me know befor printing. otherwise it is lovely

I ordered 2 different throws. This one turned out terrible. It's blurry on the outside and has too much white, even though I aligned the picture with their borders. The other one also has quite a bit of white, but it is still okay. I reached out to customer service and so far all I've received is an automated response that they'll get back within 1-2 business days. I want to give them a chance to resolve this, but there was no QC on the product before it shipped.

I ordered these napkins for my daughter’s bridal shower and they were two different colors with the luncheon napkins being yellow. They were both ordered in Ecru. Then they didn’t match the plates that I ordered from Zazzle. Very disappointing…I won’t be ordering again. Unfortunately, it was too late for a reorder.

I absolutely love the pillow, but I guess I made a mistake thinking both sides would have my changes on it. I don't remember seeing an option to keep original on one side. It may have been an oversight. I do love the one side! ❤️
