Disappointed with the tape ruining the first 8 inches of the paper. It’s also very difficult to use this paper when the pattern is not continuous with lines throughout the entire roll. This is not what I had in mind when buying very expensive paper for beautiful gift wrapping.

I am extremely disappointed with this retractable banner. I received the Business Logo Minimalist QR Code Vertical Retractable Banner and it arrived completely unusable. The printing has a noticeable pink tint around my logo, and the banner itself is damaged. It will not retract back into the base at all, no matter how carefully I try. The entire mechanism seems faulty. This was meant for an upcoming event, and now I cannot use it at all. For the price and the purpose, this is unacceptable. I expected a professional quality banner and instead received something defective and poorly printed. Very frustrated and definitely would not recommend based on this experience.

The ornament was smaller than expected and the printing is low quality. The color is very weak and faded. It’s not rich, high quality printing. It’s like the printer needs a new cartridge.

Super small and everything about it looks cheap and it doesn’t even come with a velvet storage bag. 👎 do not recommend save your money and find a better one elsewhere

Wish I'd thought to take a pic before wrapping it up & taking this anonymous gift into her work place. Came out great! My first attempt the letter color was a bit to pale for the dark background. ZAZZLE customer service was awesome! I was able to make a couple changes to make it perfect!

I've always wanted a large heavy mug like this! Being able to customize with our beloved pets is wonderful bonus! Very easy, colors very close to what the monitor shows. Small learning curve. TIP: My first set (smaller size) the lettering looked subtle on screen but only showed in brighter daylight on a darker background. ZAZZLE customer service is EXCELLENT. Have ordered several items for Christmas gifts this year! Thank You Zazzle!!!
