The mug was exactly as I wanted it. This was a gift and the person receiving it is also an artist and arquitect. He was very impressed with the quality of the work and the beautiful talent. We are so pleased that we ordered a different costume made mug and are looking forward to that one!

These napkins were/are adorable. I bought for my daughter in law’s baby shower. Very nice quality, not flimsy in anyway. Almost “heavy”, standing up to a “sweating” glass well. Highly recommend anything by this artist. I’ve bought her gift enclosures & notecards as gifts, always loved by recipients.

I bought this tote for my mother-in-law birthday - she loved it. The quality is very good and quite thick.

The florals we're exactly as the pictures. The words 'Nan to many' were perfect and she lived it.

Ordered this mug as a Valentine's day gift and it's been great so far. The pictures came out great and the quality of the mug is good. Have put it in the dishwasher with no damage so far.

The "Elegant Gold The Night Before Wedding Napkins" listing is misleading and I believe intentionally so. The design is in such a way as to appear as if the print is a metallic gold reflecting light. Upon receipt, these are in all actuality a brown and yellow design poorly printed on a napkin. They do not look elegant, but instead very cheap.

Not gold at all, has poor color saturation, and the color is printed as brown and a brash yellow.

I had high hopes, the pattern looked so nice in the pictures, but it did not live up to expectations.

Print quality was poor. The pattern looked smaller in the pictures and what I received looked distorted like when you blow up a picture too much. For the price I expected better. I will stick to purchasing wrapping paper locally where I can see it first. It's a shame.

I love these photo mugs. I put three photos of my grandson on them. Two years later I had pictures from the same place and now 3 years later I did the same. It’s a great way to seen how he’s grown over the years.

The pictures turned out sharp and look great. Each year I used a different inside color for the mug. They have washed in the dishwasher for years and no fading.

I payed for express shipping $25 for shipping to arrive by the date I needed it by and it’s “delayed”. They should let you know before hand that they will delay every express shipping item. They just want your money.

I have no issue with the quality of this tile, except having to peel off the Made in China label on the back. I have an issue with not being told I would have to glue the tile in the optional add-on frame. It should have been clearly stated in the description and a recommended glue would have been good to know.

I have no issue with the quality of this frame. However, I ordered a tile and added the frame as an option. The tile and frame came separately. I assumed that if I did purchase the optional frame, the tile would be glued in. No where in the description was it mentioned that the buyer would have to glue the tile in the frame. I feel that it should have been stated so I would have known what to expect. Just a simple statement about a recommended glue to purchase for a strong bond would have been nice as well.

I needed a gift for a best friend and my niece. I looked around Zazzle and saw this pillow with animal pictures...and printed on both sides! That sold me on this pillow. I was able to get the cat's name(s) on each. Both were thrilled with their gift. My friend only has one cat so I removed "Besties" from the printing.

All of us were thrilled with the pillows. The material is nice and soft yet durable. The printing of the cats and writing was clear and perfectly positioned so it could easily be read.

Easy to customize, packaging was top notch, print was great.

Aligned with how a coffee cup would be used/viewed.
