First time buyer, I was hoping and was nicely surprised. The customization was very easy online. You type in the words and names even in another language. It automatically adjusts it for you. Great gift. The paper was considered as a gift as well. Exactly like the picture. Will def. use Zazzle again. Indeed very happy Thanks!

Ordered multiple ornaments as gifts... only 2 were even close to usable . Picture was light and fuzzy, off center, border was shifted in different directions each ornament. Did NOT look like picture. Disappointed.

With full disclosure…I designed the pattern for these glasses. I ordered to be certain folks who order from my shop get what they expected. Ohhhh my goodness. The pattern is beautifully rendered; colors deep, rich, crisp and on the target. The most important aspect of this review is about the printing that follows. Although they must be washed by-hand, I view these glasses as heirloom pieces—I will be handing them down as being very special, even though they can certainly be used for every-day dining. I also like the fact that they can be ordered one-at-a-time if another glass is wanted/needed. Going to be great for those Summer parties and cozy evening get-togethers.

The printing is exquisite!! High-quality product from center of the design to the edges the printing is superb! Deep, rich colors, feels good in the hand, and the seam where the design meets is well, seamless! I won’t hesitate to create more glasses and sets using this company for myself as well as for customers. Thank you for producing this very fine glassware!

Made a design on these pendants for my hubbys groomsmen. They have all played hockey together over the years. Turned out great. It’s a felt material so it feels old school too

I needed an apron for a family gift. We are a family that gathers in the kitchen and talks about food, food and more food. I found the perfect "foodie" gift and I am so happy with the design and the product. It's perfect!

I never received my order from this seller. I ordered over a month before my event and they were expected to arrive on time. A shipping label was created and then no update followed. I reached out to the seller with no response. It was very disappointing.

I feared this would be a flimsy mug that might not last with use. It's heavy duty and sturdy. The photos were transferred onto it perfectly. The color and clarity was spot on! It arrived sooner than the original delivery date, which is always wonderful!

The mug is very well done and I highly recommend this company. I just love them and my girls will too.
