I ordered two of these mugs with our engagement photos and they are awful. The mug is great but the photos and wording is illegible. I reached out to costumer service and they offered to remake the mug! While the gesture was kind the mug arrived today extremely blurry. You cannot even see our faces!

The photos uploaded were pristine & so full of colorful and yet on the mug they are blurred and dull!! Really disappointed.

I love my new floral tote bag, perfect for everyday use. Love the design that looks vintage just perfect for the fabric of the tote.I would recommend this as a gift for birthdays, Christmas and other occasion.

I am not very good at transferring photos and framing them etc. but it turned out great. It is a gift for our son's 25th wedding anniversary in August so the recipients have yet to see the product. I think it will be a nice memento of the event. and very personalized.

I think I could have done a better job of centering the photo on the pillow but it is very elegant looking and I am glad I selected black.

My girlfriend loves her coffee more now that she has her little Bella!!

Printing came out well, the proof was different when ordered and then when I went to check order the proof had changed so there was a small defect visible but other than that it came out well

On the first order we made, I forgot to adjust the font's color, and when the matches came in, we couldn't see the writing. (Because the font blended in.) Even though it was totally my fault, Zazzle worked with me to get it right and add promos, etc., so that pricing was non-existent. The 2nd order came in just as we had hoped and looked amazing!! Thank you, Zazzle!

I loved the quality of paper and the descriptions were so helpful. The design is very pretty and looked great.

Colors were slightly muted, but nothing very noticeable. I wish the gold was shiny and radiant, but it’s very nice anyway.
