I was disappointed that no matter how I tried, I could not wrap the black background completely around the mug, leaving white around the handle. I really wanted a completely black mug with just the white logo.

The printing itself was fine.

They look much better on the website when you get them in person they’re smaller and much less impactful. The quality was really marginal. Definitely not worth it.

My preview of the product showed the print was straight and aligned. What I received was not aligned and the writing was crooked. Tossing it in the garbage.

Product is fine but the colors were off a bit.

I had ordered other pillows using the same HEX numbers. This one was not as clear and the colors were off a bit as the pillows from the other seller.

This is the 2nd time I am ordering this mug. It was a gift for my Granddaughter that she loved, and then her Dad accidentally broke it so they wanted me to reorder it. Like the first, it was shipped out quickly, and printed as I requested.

The picture was on point, exactly like the picture I submitted, as was the wording on the mug.

Pictures were perfect.

This took all of 15 minutes to put together beginning to end. The application is super easy to use and a lot of thought was put into it so that we didn't have to. This was used as the center piece for the restaurant ball room where the event was held. We had pictures of our uncle from WWII and a current pick. It really was striking. Some family hadn't seen him in his youth, so really well received. Later each leg of the family sat in front of the banner with our uncle for pictures with him.

This is a quality product with sharp imagery. The comments on it's quality were constant, but more importantly family commented on how thoughtful it was. So, we are the people that had that cool thing made up. We win!

My husbands boss loved this gift! It really touched his heart how personalized it was on the back of the mug with quotes he would say

This is the third times that I have ordered this product and never received it. The other two times were last year and the year before. It has been over a month and a half and I have not gotten the product or any notice in the mail regarding it. I feel super disappointed. I feel that I am out the money and the product and my client is super disappointed for not getting the gift.

This sign has been outside my shop for almost a year. Still looks brand new.Had held up in the wind and rain. Other signs I've seen get blown down and faded. Spend a little extra for the stronger stake that holds it in the ground.
