Zazzle products are the BEST! You can't get better quality. I have ordered a bunch of things and have always loved their products. They will continue to be my go-to place for great products. My ministry, JesusFedMe.com, buys gifts for donors of our ministry on occasion, so I want quality products to show them how much we appreciate them. The prices are fair.

WE LIKED THE MUGS AND WILL BE ORDERING MORE. The packing was NOT great however and three of the mugs were not in solid bubble wrap. Those three mugs had shattered handles. I took one out of the box some time ago and just thought "oh well", but did not realize there might be even more in the same wrap and condition. As we are a non-profit we tend to be careful how we give out merchandise. When I went back into the box now I found two more mugs that were in the same poor wrap and broken. I felt it was important to let you know that the shipping/wrapping on this purchase was not up to par.

Printing was great, it is just unfortunate that three were broken and unusable.

The sign itself looks great. The only issue I have is that the stand is starting to bend backwards, so the sign is not standing straight up anymore. It kind of looks like the sign is going to blow away - and I paid extra for a more sturdy stand!

The printing is beautiful. It is clear and the colors pop. I also love how it is printed on both sides.

The product purchased was a coffee mug customised with a photo of my sister's dog that recently crossed the rainbow Bridge. She and her husband were deeply distraught over the loss, so these miss were greatly welcome and appreciated. The first delivery arrived with one of the mugs broken, so I emailed the company to ask what opens were available. They got back to me quickly and immediately replaced the broken item without extra cost. The second delivery was speedy and arrived perfectly! I fully recommend this product and this company for any and all personalisation needs/gifts!!!

The printing was flawless, and clear! There was no haziness, or pixilation. The quality is without question!

I am very pleased with how well this is made and the convenience and ease of the built in stand. Using as signage for a photo backdrop at a rehearsal dinner and its going to look great!

It looked like a white napkin with black printing that was faded and there was also a line. Clearly printing mistake. I thought it would be a black napkin with printing, versus a white one trying to look like a black napkin.

Not good. A toner or something was low and it was not a dark black, but a faded black.

I ordered several tiles to see which one I wanted to choose for my kitchen. All of the tiles are well made. I am choosing this tile. The Blues go well with my blue cabinets and I love the movement of the blue flowers. They are fairly expensive. I only need 160 tiles, which is 40 square feet. The price tag is a bit more than $2,900.00. This is my forever home. The tiles are beautiful and, in my case, an upgrade on which I am willing to splurge!

The colors are beautiful! On some cheaper tiles, some the colors will bleed. The design is crystal clear and the pattern makes me smile! I am looking forward to starting my morning, with a delicious cup of coffee and looking at my cool tiles!

Overall the sign is good quality. I’ve had it outside in the rain and the sun and it appears to be holding up. The part I’m disappointed in was that the sign was damaged during packaging in 2 spots. The zip ties that hold the sign to the cardboard in the box were too tight and it was ripped on the top and bottom. If it didn’t have any damage I would give it 5 stars.

I'd like to share my experience with this 22-ounce Stein (mug) that I purchased as a gift for a family member. The stein has a stout and secure handle that fits perfectly in my hand. It's not too heavy or too light and the lip diameter is perfect for any beverage you may choose to enjoy. I am extremely happy with the quality of this mug and how it feels in my hand. Upon receiving my order, I realized that it was customized on the wrong stein. I promptly contacted Zazzle via their website contact form to notify them of the mistake. Quality is nice, like the little touch with the ribbon.

The design is good the only problem is the print is tiny and hard to read. Also, wish it had been printed on the back as there is plenty of open space for that.
