Hi the shipping package exposed the sign and the tape was placed directly on the sign which ruined the sign.

Unfortunately the quality of the pictures was poor. I even requested a new one and it still looked terrible. One of the pictures I used was professionally taken and even that was blurry as well as the wording.

Blurry, discolored. Unfortunately the pictures did not turn out well (nor did the wording). I complained and they sent me a new set that looked exactly the same :( it was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift. I hate to say it because I dont like Shutterfly but their mugs come out perfect.

Mugs arrived on time and was pleased to how well the Johnston Tartan looked on the mug. The only comment I have is the Johnston name was on the wrong side of the mug. Product quality was excellent. Overall the transaction was A++

Ordering was easy, shipping and production time was quick. Zazzle crew did a great job on the design. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the dinner napkins are so big. I suggest ordering luncheon napkins instead.

I’ve purchased these hand sanitizers before and they used to smell citrusy. Now it’s smells like all chemicals. Also, you can’t even squeezed the bottle to get the hand sanitizer out. The bottle is hard! You will have to open up the cap to get some out.

Printed perfectly! I wasn't sure with the size of my logo and background that it would print well, but it did!

Love the quality, my custom design looks great. The mug itself, though, is quite heavy, and I wish that had been made more obvious. My mom has a hard time drinking from it.

The napkins were a little smaller than I anticipated. The black font was a bit blurry and difficult to read.

The printing of the wording was blurry and small. It was hard to read. When editing the writing for the napkins, I enlarged the print, thinking it was going to be hard to read. As it turned out, eve with enlarging the print, the wording was still small and difficult to read. I can't imagine how small the original word sizing would be.

My future sister-in-law's birthday is the day before her future wedding date to my brother-in-law. i got this mug a couple of years ago from someone so I made it for her. May and green could not be more perfect! It is so cute!
