Turned out very nice and a good quality thermos

Absolutely perfect. I uploaded a picture of my niece's SAVE THE DATE invitation to the front of product and then I added a very small bride and groom icon on the bottom of the back of thermos. It turned out lovely.

Quality exceeded expectations and the glaze makes the good-sized mug very durable. The on-line design tool was easy peasy and showed the rotation effects for a design on a two-sided cup. Customer service was very responsive to my requests.

This is not what i wanted. customer service sent me a link so i could order it again and that was the wrong item. if i order it again with free shipping i will not get it in time for the retirement party and i may not be seeing this person again. it is after hours and so i cant talk to some one and the chat is not working.\ So now i have no gift. very unhappy with this site even if you did give me a credit.

I was very hopeful for this product. I wanted to redecorate my office space with several more. However the Wood frame was badly finished. I got a sliver unpacking it.

Print quality was a whole other story. I sent the required dpi however it looks like it's slightly out of focus. I would look at other options.

I was pleasantly surprise when I saw the item in person, looked much nicer. The person that this was given to loved it!

The tote bag itself was not as sturdy as I expected. But that’s on me. Otherwise the tote was great.

This is where I was most disappointed. The red of the flowers was muted and didn’t jump out like in the photo I sent. Or on the preview. The first image is the printed bag. The second is the photo I supplied.

Just can’t get over how beautiful these tiles are and the project I’m working with them on is amazing
