The printing turned out perfect

The mug doesn't do what it's described to do. The first use was great. I've had the mug for 2 weeks and it's supposed to turn white and show the picture when hot coffee in and it barely changes. Not worth the money.

Great when you can see it

I would like it more if it was a heavier fabric. The stitching is strong. It gets a little wrinkly in the wash. It can hold probably 10 pounds & then it feels like it might bust a seam.

The printing is great!

I ordered the personalized napkins for our upcoming wedding cocktail reception and am thrilled to have them. The napkins will be a big hit and give folks a little insight or reminder of what makes our union so special. Imagine this with the signature cocktails? They'll definitely add a personal touch to the day.

The professional look of the napkins is an added bonus. It's exactly what I expected and can't wait to have our hosts make them available in various locations throughout the room and at the bar!

There was an issue with the glaze finish and after having notified Zazzle another was remade and sent to me.

I ordered this wine glass for my mom for her 80th birthday party in August, along with "matching" wine labels and invitations. On the site the glass looks like a nice white mat background with pinkish flowers but instead it's a shiny plastic wrap finish and the flowers are peachy/orange! They don't even match the labels or the invitations I ordered. I wish I would have opened it sooner! I'm very disappointed. 😪

Very pleased with this mug! As a replacement mug - the coloring is perfect!!! (I wish the vertical centering could be better with equal areas of white on both the top and bottom... but this is a minor issue.)

I just need one word in the mug and it was where it was supposed to be and the correct font.... pleased as punch!

This is a replacement mug which Zazzle immediately offered when I wrote them that the color was a bit off. I am very pleased but have just a little comment to make about the vertical centering of the picture. On other mugs I ordered in the past, the white area on the top and bottom were equal but on this one the white area was only on the top. Thank you!
