Totally missed “morphing mug”. Would never have bought this. It was a gift for some counselor friends to keep in their offices on a shelf. Worthless for this.

Printed message only shows when 150 degree water is put in the cup. 125 degree hot tap water shows about half the printed message.

I received my first order but not this order. It says delivered but I haven’t received it. I checked all my neighbors, no one saw it.

I ordered these for my Dad’s 80th birthday. Estimated delivery date was today . Now the glasses are not being delivered until next Tuesday…after the party. I can’t even tell you how disappointing this is!! I wouldn’t have ordered them otherwise. The other part of my order from this same vendor on time. Now I won’t have these glasses for our party and they were intended to be favors. I paid extra for express and looking at the many, many stops along the UPS route, I clearly didn’t get what I paid for. I will never order from this vendor again.

Love this cup. I have purchased before with different artwork. This time with my portrait by my granddaughter who is 6.

Crisp, clear reproduction each time I order them.

I used the default font, even increased the size by one point, but the text was impossible to read. I reported the issue to seller, but got no response. Suggest you make the font size as large as possible if you want it to be legible. Otherwise, the package arrived promptly and was securely packed.

The printing was fine, the text was just too small.
