The purple color that is a big part of my logo was incorrect; definitely more pink than purple. My uploaded logo was a good hue. Imagine my disappointment seeing the inferior color that I had paid $155 for. I debated with contacting Zazzle and did. Got a response that they were sorry and would replace my order, which was the option I felt was best. The email stated that the mug would be replaced at no charge. My order was for 10, not 1. How is this a replacement?? Contacted them again to ask about this and express my frustration and I have yet to hear back from them. I have literally wasted $180 in the first order of 10 and a second order for 2 with an addition of verbiage, thinking the colorist had a bad day. It’s unfathomable to me that to write and inform me that they are replacing my order of 10 mugs with 1 reflects a replacement. I’m heading back to Vistaprint who got the color correct! To get the bigger mugs there, which I would have preferred, I would have to order 100-200 and the cost is financially prohibitive to a small business owner. But I’m forced to now seek yet another alternative.

Love the mug. Very good quality. The image came out really well and the qr code is readable.

The image was as advertised--excellent, I like it. It was packaged well and showed up intact. The image was only on ONE SIDE. That is a problem for a yard sign next to the road. A choice of double sided sign should have been offered. I have to purchase another sign and then attach it to the back of the one I now have--I can only hope it is a good match in terms of size and dimensions. This second sign costs more than the first one and I have to pay for shipping one more time. And I am left waiting one more time. Oh, and there is NO yard stake. Buyer beware. So, I doubt I will use Zazzle again for yard signs.

Received the shipment and one of the mugs was shattered. Poor packaging.

I received this yesterday for my daughter's upcoming wedding next year and although it's not totally clear, it looks beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything nicer. It was blurry, but that size I could see that happening. We all love it!!

I ordered a few different variations of this sign to help guests get around the venue for our wedding, and I couldn't be more pleased! They all came on time and the packaging ensures that there is no damage in transit. Thank you!

Love this product however we are disappointed in the color of the gold writing. It has an orange tint to it rather than more of a gold tint.

Ordered this product with personalization, it showed up with the design upsidedown. Zazzle was good about a refund. I ordered it again, the new one showed up today with two dents. Super disappointing, will see if I can return it

I received the rocks glass today and I am very disappointed, not at all what I have become accustomed to from Zazzle. The design looks as if it were smeared and faded, I also ordered a mug from Zazzle which looks great and it’s the same design. Not sure why the rocks glass design arrived smeared

We ordered this in a dusty blue and it came out purple. It's going to completely clash with our other colors at our wedding. It's too late to return.

Outside of the color, printing was good.
