It broke in 3 days and zazzle never reimbursed me even though I sent the pictures that were required.

Absolutely horrible. The first one is the proof and what it was supposed to look like, the following is what it did look like. It is not real marble or metal, it is all printed on in a very grainy, pixelated quality. Considering it was over $50 for, it is really, really bad. Looks nothing like the picture and appears to be a consistent quality issue with the other one we ordered on Zazzle.

We ordered Napkins for my dad’s memorial and paid the extra cost for the expedited shipping. The Napkins were set to be delivered on Sept 18th -and our memorial was on the 21st. This SHOULD have been enough time. I am very angry and disappointed with your company. According to the tracking information- the Napkins are still at a facility somewhere. Because of your neglect we did not have a keepsake item for our guests. At this point, you can keep the napkins but i demand a full refund which includes the shipping cost. This was an unnecessary hassle on an already difficult day.
