Great rendering of my Coat of Arms on the stein. My brother was also impressed with the detail

Came on time, not damaged and in perfect shape. Decal was placed on centered and perfectly. I thought it was embossed but its a decal. Still looks great and my grandson is going to LOVE it!

The color was not burgundy. It was brown! Unfortunately, the napkins were ordered for a school spirit event and with the color off - the napkins missed the goal of helping with school spirit/colors! Otherwise the quality of the napkin was good.

Flimsy construction of boxes, no consistency to qty of matches in boxes. Some are 8 matches, some are 15 matches. Poor quality, zero consistency. Would not waste my time and money on this product. Look elsewhere.

Your company charged me $39 for rush shipping/delivery (way more than the price of the item) and expected the recipient to go to the post office and pick up his gift! Why didn’t your company have it delivered to the address I gave you? Terrible business practices! Well, you can believe I will never do business with your company again and anyone and everyone that asks me about your practices, I will surely tell them to look elsewhere because you are not to be trusted with your horrible business practices!

Sub-standard workmanship. Cheap paper used and the folds on the cocktail napkins do no match up to any of the seems. Would not recommend.

I would have given zero stars but it is not an option. I loved the design and I was prepared to build my kitchen around it. It is not an actual sculpted tile, it is a photograph of a design printed on a tile. Completely worthless and heading straight to the trash.

The mug came quick and the pictures are very cute and exactly how they were pictured. However, on the stainless steel mug you can barely see the pictures. There is a constant glare and you can’t make anything out. It was a birthday gift for my mom and I’m really bummed on how it turned out. Wish I would’ve known because I would’ve ordered the mug in white.

I received my Tea-Towel today. It was perfect and I am now going to order more for more family members!!!! Awesome job! I love it!!!! Nancy R.

THIS WAS NICELY LETTERED AS AN ANNIVERSARY GIFT FOR MY HUSBAND BUT CAME CRACKED DOWN THE FRONT. I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO FND SOMEONE OR SOMEWAY TO HAVE IT REPLACED WITH NO RESPONSE. SADLY DISAPPOINITED THAT MY TWO MESSAGES WERE NOT ANSWERED

I ordered 26 signs and only received 6! They are also 1 inch smaller on width and height, than my previous order. Zazzle has no phone number listed to actually talk to anyone. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service.

These napkins came out exactly as I'd hoped. The design is beautiful! Unfortunately, I ordered expedited shipping from Zazzle and the napkins arrived a day after they were supposed to. I didn't have them for the wedding shower I was having.

Was very disappointed that the color was not yellow but greenish. The initials were also very faint. These were meant to be for my nephews upcoming wedding.
