The quality of these mugs is so poor! I bought one for myself and one for my business partner. The lid is far from leak proof. Water has somehow gotten in between the walls that sloshes around and leaks when I fill the mug. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before mold grows in there. Granted these were not the most expensive things to begin with but come on. The only thing I'm not disappointed in is how our logo looks on the mug.

Made this ornament for our son for Christmas, depicting his daughter and her new pup. Came out great, just as created.

The response and communication could be better . A rep that I spoke to was rude but the quality of my mom’s funeral banner was perfect & delivery was on time.

I just got my Sheltie jean jacket and I have to say the size chart was a little big. I had my dog names put on it chose blue. I expected the letters larger which is why I close blue so they would stand out. The size they are I can hardly read them. The jacket is great but I am not happy with it, Thank You MARY

The bag quality was fantastic. And they arrived ahead of schedule, I was stressed out so this was super helpful. However. I was disappointed with the colors and overall the print. This is the first time any order has been a let down or different from the one created example . Soo ya just not excited about the finish product.

Soooo small. At least this order of mine the photo was clear. I absolutely love it, just didn't expect it to be so small.

Was a lot more blurry than I would of thought, and the photos were of good quality. Font was a lot smaller too.

Cute party favors for my child’s 1st bday

Very disappointed....Picture is blurry can't even make out who or what it is. The picture was clear that I used. There was no warning when I designed it that there was a possibility the picture would not turn out clear.

The Ted Lasso design I ordered was blurry. I was sent a replacement and the design was still blurry on that cup. It is supposed to be a licensed design so I am confused as to why the poor quality?

I ordered a custom water bottle and the design came out better than I thought. I like how the water bottle has a gloss finish and feels slick. The letters and numbers on it have an outline you can feel and that’s my favorite part. It doesn’t smell like metal on the inside! That’s what I was scared of. Beautiful work. Will definitely order more in the future. Thank you!

Pros: Came out exactly as I designed them. Vibrant and easy to read Cons: Stands are extremely extremely flimsy The signs were a gift and a gift receipt was not included, nor an invoice.

I just received these napkins today. I am very disappointed in the print on the napkin. It is very dull and you can barely read the writing because it is so faint. I did order the matching plates. I was happy with those but disappointed with the napkins.
